This package provides a hook for the Logrus logging library that sends
log entries to Sentry for error tracking and monitoring.

Logrus is a structured logger for Go; Sentry is an error tracking
and performance monitoring platform.

This is a dependency required by supercronic which I plan to package
next.

The package is going to be maintained under the Go Team umbrella.
