Description : lemmatisation of Latin text

Collatinus-nouus can be used to lemmatise Latin texts, i.e. extract words and
make a lexicon which indicates for each word its canonic form, and how
the form actually found in the text was derived from it, for instance by
declining it. Example : rosam gives : rosa-rosae -- acc. sing.
Collatinus-gui provides a nice graphic front-end to each operation.
 .
Collatinus-nouus implements a web server as a user interface for the
 lemmatisation.

----

I am already maintaing the package "collatinus"
"collatinus-nouus" can be translated to "the new collatinus", or "collatinus-
ng" to fit
current fashions in package naming.

The version 12.3 of collatinus is the last one to be uploaded to Debian
(however there may be releases beyond 12.3-1 in the future, for example
to fix security breaches if any)

Collatinus-nouus introduces a new approach:

1. the lemmatization engine is stable, and based on Go source code, and a
better
algorithm to lemmatize text. Its natural interface is a web service.
2. the binary package collatinus-gui which comes along with collatinus-nouus is
a proof of concept, however fully usable in educational contexts. It may be
used as an example of implementation of rich user interfaces based on
collatinus-nouus' service. Collatinus-gui is written in Python3 code, with
PyQt6' library, uses templates developed with Qt-designer, and a few
Javascript snippets to deal with HTML pages.

This package is maintained at https://salsa.debian.org/georgesk/collatinus-
nouus
and is currently in good shape.
