Will the existing python-can is a more generalist do-it-all
CAN-related library; this package only focus .blf format,
with what it seems better results: it can successfully
read some .blf files that:
 - got silently truncated in Vektor
 - make SavvyCan segfault
 - will crash python-can (the offiding files where generated with
   ... python-can ... this need to be sorted out later)
 - are rejected by two more C++ library I evaluated


I will package this in the Electronics Team
