  Cross-spawn provides a drop-in replacement for Node.js child_process.spawn
  and child_process.spawnSync with improved cross-platform behaviour.

  The module is useful for JavaScript tools that need to run external
  commands consistently across Unix-like systems and Windows without
  relying on platform-specific argument escaping.

This library is a dependancy of FullCalendar, needed by Home Assistant, the
Python smart home platform.  I plan to maintain it as part of the Home
Assistant team.
