yes, either in file stanzas or in standalone license stanzas.

Right. Calling them summaries was a bad idea. I would not date to try to 
summarize a license, it's bound to fail. It's between a license grant and a 
gentle redirection of user towards a full license text. 

Fortunately, this notion of summary is not shown on cme. It's only used 
between cme and Software::LicenseMoreUtils. I open to idea to replace this 
"summary" with a better name.
