@material/web is Google's official Material Design 3 component library
for the web. It provides a comprehensive set of UI components (buttons,
dialogs, text fields, menus, navigation, etc.) implemented as web
components using the Lit framework.

This package is needed as a Build-Depends for siso (RFP #1051557), which
embeds @material/web via go:embed for its built-in web UI. Packaging it
separately eliminates 65 lintian source-is-missing warnings for
generated JavaScript files currently bundled in the siso orig tarball.

Runtime dependencies (both already in Debian):
- node-lit (lit ^2.7.4 || ^3.0.0)
- node-tslib (tslib ^2.4.0)
