This is a comprehensive, powerful, commercial-quality CBOR encoder and decoder
that is still suited for small devices.

This library provides a high-level, robust API which is more friendly for
declarative-style ("the expected CBOR structure is ...") processing of CBOR
documents than the "tinycbor" library.

I would like to maintain this package as part of a library packaging team, but
I'm not sure that there is such a team already. This is a C library not a user-
facing application. I will also need a sponsor as I do not currently package
for Debian.
