I request assistance with maintaining the vulkan-memory-allocator package.

The package description is:
 Easy to integrate Vulkan memory allocation library.
 .
 This package contains the development headers.

I initially package it to devendor another C++ project; but ran out of 
steam for the whole thing. The package is in good shape using current 
best practice. Ideally I'd like someone to take it over; this package is 
very low-maintenance.
