And users building local .deb packages for any distro that is *not* Ubuntu get
a surprisingly different package?

Also, since our builds are bit-by-bit reproducible (riiight?) we get the same
results with or without the udeb build profile anyways. The only difference is
that you get a different number of build artifacts.
