I agree that feels like bullying.

However, I don't disagree with Henryk that the plan doesn't feel
dismissed. Notice that the site still says under the "Why?" section [1]:

    Ubuntu is already carefully but purposefully adopting uutils
    coreutils, Debian is following the same path, and Microsoft offers
    it as well.
