qcom-ptool provides utilities for generating partition table layouts and
associated flashing metadata for devices based on Qualcomm SoCs. It reads
plain-text partition configuration files and generates partition XML, GUID
Partition Table (GPT) binaries and the rawprogram and patch XML files used by
Qualcomm flashing tools.

I plan to maintain this package under the Python team.
