Bug#1142661: chattr +i /etc/resolv.conf tag removed unexpectedly

This is indeed difficult to reproduce with this little information, but 
I agree that this should never happen.

Can you narrow it down more?

  - Did that happen as part of a dist-upgrade (e.g. bookworm->trixie, or 
trixie->forky/sid), or just doing regular upgrades?
  - What version of Debian are you running?
  - Can you narrow down the time frame, e.g. "the flag was still there 
last week"?
