 This package provides a simple progress bar for console programs.
 It is a fork of cheggaaa/pb with the added feature of overwriting a
 progress bar with some arbitrary text.

This was previously vendored in arduino-cli as it is the only dependant
package, but it is cleaner to make its own Debian package.
