Intent to introduce epoch to src:llama.cpp

Hi,

we intend to introduce an epoch to src:llama.cpp. Pursuant to Policy
§ 5.6.12, I'm reaching out to debian-devel first.


The upstream of src:llama.cpp will soon switch versioning schemes. The
current bXXXXX pattern will in future be used for nightlies. Releases
will get a semantically versioned vX.Y.Z.

Since we currently track the bXXXXX and strip the 'b' prefix, stripping
the 'v' prefix from the X.Y.Z release will result in releases sorting
before all nightlies (as X will start at 0).

We appreciate objections and/or better alternatives.
