As I mentioned in the debian-vote discussion: I've been working on this, and recently got some success. There's at least one cloud/inference provider willing to sponsor Debian for this with reasonable amounts of resources. Of course this is on hold, waiting for the GR result. But this could move quickly afterwards. Lucas
