Package: wnpp Owner: Edmund Lodewijks <[email protected]> Severity: wishlist X-Debbugs-CC: [email protected], [email protected] * Package name : libnet-davtalk-perl Version : 0.24 Upstream Author : Bron Gondwana <[email protected]> * URL : https://metacpan.org/release/Net-DAVTalk * License : Artistic-2.0 Programming Lang: Perl Description : client library for talking to DAV servers Net::DAVTalk is the transport layer shared by the CalDAV and CardDAV client modules. It handles WebDAV request construction, XML namespace registration, PROPFIND and REPORT bodies, multi-status response parsing and authentication against a DAV endpoint. Requests are built with XML::Spice and responses parsed with XML::Fast, and the result is returned as Perl data structures rather than a DOM. This module is a dependency of the Cassandane test suite shipped with cyrus-imapd. Cassandane's 1383 tests cover the CalDAV, CardDAV, JMAP and Sieve surface of the server; 35 suites currently cannot run in Debian because these Perl modules are not packaged. See #1145447. The package will be maintained under the umbrella of the Debian Perl Group. -- Generated with the help of dpt-gen-itp(1) from pkg-perl-tools.
