   Description : Performance testing matchers for RSpec to set
expectations on speed, resources usage and scalibility.

This library makes it possible to use the benchmark suite in your rspec
tests. This way you can ensure that changes don't introduce an
unexpected degradation in performance.

This package is a new dependency to ruby-tty-screen, specifically for
running its test suite.

I will maintain this package via the Ruby team and while I will seek for
peer review before sending, I can now send the package on my own. I will
simply need to ask to obtain DM permissions to upload this specific
package to the archive.
