    * Trying to install libdvd-pkg

    * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
      ineffective)?
    * Ran command: sudo apt install libdvd-pkg

    * What was the outcome of this action?
    * apt could not download libc6-dev_2.41-12_amd64.deb (HTTP 404)

    * What outcome did you expect instead?
    * apt being able to retrieve all required packages
