Would it make sense to re-upload the new binutils with a versioned 
Depends on the new glibc, at least on the affected architectures? That 
way, binutils *can't* migrate before glibc, and partial upgrades from 
trixie to forky would work as intended (can't upgrade binutils to a 
version that would fail to link glibc, without first upgrading glibc).

If that Depends prevents the non-working situation from existing, then I 
think it could have Closes: #1125944.
