Dear release team,

Binutils version 2.45.90.20260201-1 fixes (see #1126517) the issue with
the conflicting .note.GNU-stack sections that affects glibc in testing
and unstable (see #1126482). Could you please therefore binNMU glibc
that way:

  nmu glibc_2.42-11 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against binutils 2.45.90.20260201-1 (closes: #1126482)" --extra-depends "binutils (>= 2.45.90.20260201-1)"
