Packaging gsignond

Hello everyone,
I'm Corentin Noël, developer for the elementary project.
As Online Accounts provider, we rely on GSignond, a modular library 
allowing anyone to write new supported services ( 
https://gitlab.com/accounts-sso/gsignond ).
This software is currently not pakaged in Debian, we are shipping it 
via our PPA since our Loki release.
I opened a request on your platform 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=831747 and had no 
response there, people said me that this is the mailing list I had to 
use.
Would anyone be interested in helping me to add this software in debian 
?
