gtkmm2.4 is a C++ wrapper for GTK+ 2, and has been superseded by gtkmm3.0, a
similar C++ wrapper for GTK+ 3.
Please move libgtkmm-2.4-dev (currently in libdevel), libgtkmm-2.4-1v5
(currently in libs) and optionally libgtkmm-2.4-doc (currently in doc)
into the oldlibs section.
(We cannot remove gtkmm2.4 in the foreseeable future, because inkscape
currently still depends on it, but new code should be discouraged from
using GTK+ 2.)
