src:gdm3 no longer builds the gdm3 binary package for armel, as another
step towards removing this dependency chain from armel:

    [many packages] -> gnome-shell -> gjs -> mozjs128

Please remove the old gdm3 *binary package only* from armel.

We want to keep the source package and the gir1.2-gdm-1.0, libgdm-dev,
libgdm1 binary packages on armel (this avoids some intrusive changes in
other packages like gnome-panel).
