Please test gnome-shell 48.7, mutter 48.7 for trixie

I've prepared packages for mutter and gnome-shell 48.7:

Please test on trixie machines. If all goes well we should propose these 
as trixie updates for the Debian 13.3 point release, for which the 
latest possible deadline for upload is New Year (mid December would be 
better) - but it's a big update so extra testing and reviews are 
desirable.

I'm sure some of the upstream bug fixes have Debian or Launchpad/Ubuntu 
bug numbers that I didn't find. Team members: please add those to the 
changelog where appropriate and push to the wip/48.6 branch (yes 48.6 
not 48.7, I started preparing these before 48.7 was available). 
Similarly if the changes can be described more clearly, please do - the 
release team will be more receptive to changes if they can understand 
the impact of the bug that was fixed.

(these will not necessarily be updated, especially if another team
member updates the MRs)

The test packages were built with deb-git-version-gen from 
https://salsa.debian.org/smcv/deb-build-snapshot, so they have 
very long version numbers that include the precise commit that was 
built. A final release would have `dch -r` and a more normal version 
number.
