I have created a Debian GNOME Extras team and updated the wiki pages
with basic team descriptions, etc.

Feel free to move packages to the new team. A major justification for
this team is to provide a place for team maintenance for apps that
don't strongly fit into the scope of the main Debian GNOME team.
