Dear Maintainer,

trying to upgrade hydrasdr-tools from version 1.0.3-1 (source package
rfone-host) to 1.1.0-2 (source package hydrasdr-host) pulls in
libhydrasdr1 instead of libhydrasdr0, but they share at least one file
and this file conflict is not declared using Breaks and Replaces headers
in the binary package as needed for apt and dpkg to properly handle that
case:
