Bug#1136052: xlog: Remarks box off window to left

Dear Maintainer,

 The latest update changed appearance and resulted in the remarks box
 aligned left and  "beyond" window instead of aligned to right like the
 rest of items for a new qso.  You need to type space several timmes
 beffore cursor appears in the remarks  box.  Makes remarks box unusable
 as a practical matter.
