How to build custom initrd.bin ?

Hi,

I've made my little own wifi-working debian on c760 based on MajorA's Debian-On-Zaurus-Howto at http://zdebian.dyndns.org/ and now I try to build my own initd.bin.

But where can I get the "header-c700.bin" to fullfill the "cat header-c700.bin initrd.raw > initrd.bin"-command ?
