Some debian mirrors not responding on ipv6

Hi,
	I'm running machines in an ipv6-only environment.  apt-get
	update is failing out of the box, because security.debian.org
	redirects to prod.debian.fastly.net which has an advertised
	ipv6 address, but is not configured for it.

	Where's the right place to file a bug report on this?
