It works for me, /etc/resolv.conf has the advertised IPv6 DNS address. Can you check lines prefixed with "netcfg" in installer logs (/var/log/syslog in the installer, /var/log/installer/syslog in the installed system after installation) ? netcfg is the installer component in charge of setting up the network. It runs rdnssd and rdisc6. rdnssd writes DNS entries received from RA to /tmp/rdnssd_resolv, and netcfg writes them to /etc/resolv.conf.
