The managed flag I mentioned is from the ND setting on Mikrotik routers. The=
 explanation they give for this flag is =E2=80=9C The flag indicates whether=
 hosts should use stateful autoconfiguration (DHCPv6) to obtain addresses.=E2=
=80=9D
So with that set to yes the RA contains the setting you mentioned about stat=
eful config.
