Salsa repository for eclipse-wtp-j2ee has no packaging at all

Hi,

when generating teammetrics I stumbled upon the repository
eclipse-wtp-j2ee[1].  It just contains an upstream branch which is fed with
commits from 2003 to 2013.  I'd suggest some owner could remove this repository
since its just consuming space on Salsa.
