New version of plexus-cli but I did not managed to get it built

Hi,

I've uploaded plexus-cli with fixed metadata.  I've also fixed the watch
file which lists several new upstream versions.  Unfortunately I did not
managed to build the latest version as you can see in Salsa CI[1].  If
someone might manage to fix this it makes probably sense to have the
latest version packaged.
