libjetty12-java: Please add ee8 jars

The ee10 jars (servlet 6.0) are not sufficient, they are incompatible with servlet 4.0.
The only reasonable way to upgrade from Jetty 9.4 / servlet 4.0 is to use the ee8 jars.
