help requested for the very last package using CDBS

Hi,

I'm checking what needs to be done to finalize the removal of CDBS.

I'm struggling with the very last Java package left &
kindly requesting help from someone with better knowledge.

The package is antlr3 #1091780

I tried to use antlr4 as example but I'm stuck.

I noticed that antlr4 was build-depending on antlr3
which _feels_ weird but I can't prove it's wrong.
