Thanks. Debian Junior admins, is there an updated link? It seems that
the wiki moved to http://wiki.debian.org/DebianJr but I did not found a
"How can I help" page there.

It is. Isn't the footer of each Debian page clear enough? Or did you
assume this list cares only about hosting of the site and not the
content? In this case it should be rephrased ...
