This is correct.  Alternatively you can delete the whole directory
/etc/blends/junior.

I think I found the source of the problem (which is in blends-common
package) now but I was offline some days.  I need to verify the problem
and hope to fix it at end of the week.

The thing which I'm really curious about is that even if the file

   /etc/blends/junior/junior.conf

is in the package junior-config it is NOT extracted to this location
if the files you are mentioning above do exist.  I need to understand
this behaviour first before I come up with a real fix.
