I'd volunteer to fix this bug but IMHO this is the least problem and
does not really help if nobody cares for the content.  So if anybody
who is not a Debian Developer is willing to work on the content and
needs somebody who uploads the package I can help.

Everybody reading this list: Free Software is not about *consuming* the
work done by somebody else but rather spending your time on a common
goal.  Working on documentation can be done by every user who is willing
to spend some time.  If you are willing and have no idea what needs to
be done just ask here for help.
