The others were automatically moved into subgroups.
20 Packages it the limit for forming subgroups; the next subgroup to
appear when more packages get tagged "junior" probably is "Editors".

The browser basically works like this: as long as there are too many
remaining packages, search for the most often used tag and move these
into a subgroup. There are a few limits to that. (Don't build subgroups
where > 80% of packages would fit into, don't make small subgroups with
less than 5 packages)
