Good to heard that, You can start first checking this page[0] which
has very good resources for people insterested to work on translations
for Debian (for spanish in specific).

For working on specific -jr packages, I'd suggest to look on this
page[1] for those which need translation for their po(-debconf)
files. However some translations are handled upstream, so you better
check it first.
