Bug#743903: /usr/lib/lsb/install_initd fails on any init script

This bug is not fixed. install_initd still fails in the same way on Debian 
GNU/Linux 8 with all updates installed:

# /usr/lib/lsb/install_initd /etc/init.d/cups
