Package: lsb-base
Version: 9.20160110
Severity: normal
File: /lib/lsb/init-functions.d/01-upstart-lsb

Hi,

please consider moving /lib/lsb/init-functions.d/01-upstart-lsb to the
upstart package. It doesn't make sense to execute that hook for systems
which don't have upstart installed.

Thanks,
Michael
