Antonio - LSB 3.2 is released, and was designed so it wouldn't take a lot for a distribution to support, and with the addition of Perl, Python, a couple of cups libraries and the alsa library, a system that supports 3.1 should also support 3.2 (all those were chosen at versions that all 3.1 distros already supply). They do, however, have to support the package manager depend lsb=3.2 for you not to have to play installation games, so yes "formal" support is still lacking.
