I think the pristine-tar branch has not been updated, you may fix this 
if you have time; anyway, I could build, and it looks good, so I uploaded.

The package got built on the autobuilders, yet I just saw this in the 
build log [0] :

I wonder if some symbols fail to be found at runtime, or if the packages 
with the mentioned libs are in the dependencies of the package? Maybe 
you could do some additional tests with the Debian-packaged camitk to be 
sure there is no problem.
