@Sebastian: An other outreachy intern has just written a test for main
orthanc package. It seems to work so far. Please have a look and add
some comments here.

Regarding orthanc-python: I confirm I also can't run this test
successfully. (@Oyindamola: It was important to set "Restrictions:
needs-root" to make sure Orthanc will be found in Salsa CI.) The
CI test in Salsa[1] ends with:

...
I1020 09:35:19.401658 ServerIndex.cpp:510] Closing the monitor thread for stable resources
I1020 09:35:19.402890 ServerIndex.cpp:308] Stopping the database flushing thread
E1020 09:35:19.409488 main.cpp:2091] Uncaught exception, stopping now: [The TCP port of the DICOM server is privileged or already in use] (code 2004)
W1020 09:35:19.409584 main.cpp:2122] Orthanc has stopped

I have no idea what this might mean. Could you have a look at the
test? I also realised that you are installing

   debian/configuration/sample.py

Is it possible that even this script can be used as example?

Kind regards
    Andreas.
