I reran three or four times the autopkgtest on arm64 on my host
with no issues. The rerun on official CI also went fine in a
very reasonable time[1]. CI history of jellyfish[2] reveals two
occurrences of this issue lately, and the run from 2023-10-09
happens to have a mismatching run time reported in the test
log[3]. There is one much older occurrence from last year, on
2022-10-02, but no log associated given its age. The hundreds
of other runs were not affected by this issue. I'm tempted to
put that on a momentary hardware glitch at this point.
