Debian packaging CI is sending me this:

but according to

	https://packages.debian.org/source/sid/gnumed-client

the source packages does not build-depend on either and
according to

	https://packages.debian.org/source/gnumed-client

it only has a *Suggest* on libchipcard-tools.

So, is the above irrelevant because libchipcard-tools will
(indirectly) take care of that ?
