Source: unifrac Version: 1.3-2 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected], [email protected] Hello team, While upgrading the qiime/q2-* packages (specifically q2-diversity-lib), I noticed that there is a new version of python-skbio, 0.6; Testing that in experimental show that unifrac is the only package not compatible with the new version of python-skbio. https://ci.debian.net/packages/u/unifrac/unstable/amd64/48132933/#L688 There are 4 errors, all with the same message: > ValueError: ``taxa`` is required for phylogenetic diversity metrics. So we need a patch to add in the "taxa" keyword to the calls to skbio.diversity.beta_diversity in unifrac's tests. Thanks!
