I have done a great amount of work to package version 4.0.0 but the 
autopkgtest fails due to (I think) some yaml issues.

The error message I get when
$ spades --test
is run is

Exception caught 
/tmp/tmp.saYz8w2X30/spades_test/K21/configs/config.info(3): cannot open 
include file simplification.info

which is exactly the one Andreas had when trying to push the patch
	use-debian-packaged-yaml-cpp.patch
which is deactivated. However, that patch was relative to yaml-cpp which 
is not used anymore by the SPAdes project. Instead they use pyyaml as a 
parser.

If anyone has some time and knowledge to investigate the autopkgtest 
failure it would be really great (maybe you Étienne? one of the 
yaml-related patches was authored by you).

Everything is in the Salsa repo.
