GENtle new upstream version on salsa - request for sponsoring

Hello,

I just sent GENtle 1.9.5alpha2 to https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/gentle . GENtle saw a few binary uploads over the previous year because of the 64 bit time_t transition, so I understood, and this new release brings a series of improvements and fixes that seem worthwhile to be uploaded.

The packaging should be in a decent shape, at least better than in the previous upload, a review and upload would nice.
